Date: 15th March
Time: 10:00 - 10:45
This session will demonstrate practically how to assess savings possibilities when building a SAM program. It will help those managing a corporate SAM/ITAM function to assess where they have process gaps, where savings can be made, and how to realise savings quickly.
This session is aimed at those who need to build a business case for SAM investment, or are looking for ways to maximise IT savings in their organisation. The session will work through a real world maturirt assessment, and also look at some real world case studies.
