Code of Conduct

This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participants behaviour at this event.

We invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, delegates, vendors and other participants to help us realise a safe and positive experience for everyone.

This event is a collaborative, educational enterprise between UKOUG, Oracle and the Partners involved. We ask all participants to approach this event in the spirit of co-operation and community.

The intention is to promote education and best practice through providing insight and advice around License Management, compliance and managing risk, enabling delegates to make informed decisions about their future plans.

It is not intended that this event will be a platform from which to penalise users for their current Licence Management practises nor to dissuade them from their present supplier.

Delegates may attend anonymously if they wish.

The delegate list is held by UKOUG and will not be shared with other parties involved.

Event badges will contain the following information only: First Name & either Delegate, Speaker or Exhibitor i.e. the company name will not be listed.
