In direct response to your feedback to the recent UKOUG Support Survey, Oracle Support has committed to a quarterly call with UKOUG members. The aim of these regular calls is to provide you with direct access to local Support representatives in order to facilitate discussion around current issues and develop an ongoing dialogue.
