DIY Fine Grained System Privileges
 Oracle provides Fine Grained Access Control for row level security, which is great for data but what about DDL access to objects and alike? Oracle's system privileges such as ALTER SESSION, ALTER TABLE etc. are far from fine grained. This short presentation describes a real-life solution to the problem and how it was implemented.
