The main objectives of the RAC & HA SIG are:

to inform the user community of current and future capabilities of Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) databases and associated technologies.
to facilitate the exchange of information and best practices between Oracle and the user community
to provide a network for users to discuss common issues.
