This presentation will look at the factors which influenced the consolidation and migration of BAM Nuttall P3/P5/P6 licenses to a common estate, the introduction of Loadspring web-hosted solutions to support Joint Venture projects, and their administration.
Jenni will also reflect on some of the challenges contractors face in meeting client requirements when delivering programmes in P6.
