Jersey Telecom was a government owned provider of fixed line telecoms to 100,000 people. They had to transform themselves to a private sector organisation in a de-regulated and expanding market. Today, JT are recognised as a major player and aim to be the partner of choice for global telecoms innovation. They adopted Oracle HCM Cloud to ensure that their people, their biggest asset take advantage of an enterprise grade HCM system, to give them a better user experience, more transparency, less opportunity for error and reduced cost of operation. JT will talk about their challenges that Cloud HCM addressed and its adoption by their workforce.
Technically, what did that involve? JT’s implementation partner will explain the build, configuration, migration and integration of their many systems.
