In this new age of technology, communication and ways of working companies are considering a move to cloud applications in order to enable process innovation and standardisation, reduce costs, gain agility and ease the burden of upgrades. Embracing this change and hence unlocking this potential is not just about underlying technology - Cloud services change the way software is delivered, supported and consumed. For E-Business Suite users, moving to Oracle ERP Cloud is no exception. Whilst implementation methodologies and delivery good practices are well established for E-Business implementations, how is that different for Cloud applications?
Based upon our experience of E-Business Suite and ERP Cloud implementations we will explain the key differences in implementation and delivery approaches. Focusing on changes and similarities in delivery processes, we will share our top facts and findings regarding factors that you should consider when implementing ERP Cloud, throughout the delivery life cycle, from designing the solution through to user acceptance and managing the environments.
