• Objectives for the Council

• Pre-design analysis and identification of business requirements

• How the design was managed

• Balance of effort between the business partners, development staff, technical staff and external advice

• Main components – Scoring Engine, use of Segments/Filters, Strategies and Work Items

• Automatic letter and email creation and distribution

• Testing and pre-Production evaluation

• Moving to Production

• Robustness of the solution

• Post-Production review and refinement of the configuration

• Achievement of objectives and level of “customer satisfaction”

• Lessons learned and conclusions drawn
