The presentation will layout Kent County Council’s experience of implementing ServiceCloud, including desired outcomes, lessons learned, approach taken, and the impacts of the change on engagement, customer service, and commerciality. There will be discussion of the benefits of the system, the associated changes which should be made to teams and customer processes to make best use of it, and how it is being used as a foundation to create future developments and service improvements.
