UKOUG Partner of the Year Awards nominations have started and will close on 11th June. We require adjudicators to shortlist each award category to 6 nominees.  If you are an end-user with a good knowledge of one or more of the 20 award categories please contact Anna at anna@ukoug.org

We’re looking for:

  • Members of the Oracle community, who have not worked for an Oracle Partner in the last 5 years
  • Who are available during the week commencing 11th June, to take part in assessing the Partner of the Year Award submissions
  • A UKOUG member

Process

  1. An adjudicating panel comprised of SIG committee members and Board representatives (excluding anyone who has worked for a Partner in the past 5 years) will review the nominations and select the Partners that will go through to the final user vote
  2. There will be an unlimited group of adjudicators for each of the 20 award categories
  3. The goal of each adjudicator will be to short-list the number of nominees to a maximum of 6 nominees for each category (where there is already less than 6 nominees for a category - the adjudicators must award any poor quality submission with 0 points)The decision of the adjudicator panel is final in every situation, as is that of UKOUG in all matters affecting the Awards, and no correspondence on this topic will be entered into
  4. The adjudicators will make their selection online during the week commencing 11th June
  5. Adjudicators will vote online by allocating 6/5/4/3/2/1 points for all three of the case-studies for each nomination category for their preferred top 6 Partners.

The submissions will take place on line and should take no more than an hour of your time.

If you would like to become an adjudicator, please contact anna@ukoug.org for further details.
