Forming part of the E-Business Suite community the offerings for those Oracle uses involved Education & Reseach comprises of SIGs, presentations in the annual Technology & E-Business Suite conference UKOUG2011, an extensive online library as well as publications and fortnightly ebulletins.

The Education and Research SIG is an industry focus group open to all Education and Research organisations in the UK to provide a forum for information sharing and experience among Higher Education customers who use Oracle E-Business Suite applications or Oracle technology Oracle users.

Objectives
Future meetings will ensure a close working relationship between Oracle and the User Group and between individual members and act as a platform to discuss short and long term requirements of the sector and how the group can work collaboratively with Oracle to maximise the benefits of your investment in Oracle.
