Local Government CRM Customer Forum

A customer forum is a closed group, attendance is by invitation only.  If you wish to attend please email: faye@ukoug.org

Forming part of the E-Business Suite community the offerings for public sector users comprises of SIGs, customer fourms, presentations in the annual Technology & E-Business Suite conference, an extensive online library as well as publications and fortnightly ebulletins.  

What does this community offer?
The aims and objectives of the LG CRM Forum are:  

  • To ensure the views of users are taken into account in the development and prioritisation of enhancements to the application
  • To provide a forum for discussions between Oracle and the user community
  • To provide a network for users to discuss common issues.

LG CRM Committee:
We are currently looking for new committee members within the public sector to step forward and take on the role of Chair and Deputy to work with the UKOUG Project Manager to ensure these meetings can carry on.
