This Special Interest Group forms part of the Oracle Technology community. The offerings for users of Apps DBA for Oracle E-Business Suite comprise of SIGs, presentations in the annual Uk Oracle User Group Conference, an extensive online library as well as publications and fortnightly ebulletins.
Is this SIG for me?
This SIG is specifically aimed at those who have a technical interest in the Oracle Application Suite and its associated technologies. We regularly discuss Virtualisation, Disaster Recovery, High Availability that other SIG’s cover but with an OEBS slant on it, as well as tools specifically useful to the OEBS product like RUE, Optim etc, which make a Database Administrator’s life easier.
What does this community offer?
The aims and objectives of this SIG are:
- To be the preferred information forum for EMEA DBAS using Oracle E-Business Suite
- To provide a forum for knowledge exchange relevant to DBAs
- To encourage presentations from DBA’s who work in End User organisations.
