The UKOUG CRM community is evolving to become Digital CX.

Over recent years, technology channels have opened up enabling customers to interact with businesses how and when they wish. Customer experience is now critical to competitive advantage and business success. We’re changing our community name to reflect the way the CRM space has transformed in the digital age and to ensure our community is inclusive. 

What does this mean?

We will continue to serve the needs of our existing CRM community (Siebel and CRMoD) members and believe this change of focus will attract a new audience to share fresh knowledge and perspectives that can enhance everybody’s experience of using and getting the most from their Oracle investments – now and in the future.

To ensure we remain relevant and meet the community's requirements, if you have an invested interest in CX please can you take a few minutes to answer a quick survey.

Your first taste of Digital CX...

Apps15, taking place on 7th - 9th December, will showcase our new Digital CX content. There will be sessions dedicated to Digital CX including a Journey Mapping Workshop and a range of presentations with a strategic, product and technical focus. The full agenda will be announced w/c 13th July so keep an eye out for the launch email to see what more we have on offer.
