The funds of the UKOUG are ultimately the property of all the membership. As such, not with standing the Guidelines which follow, payment of expenses from these funds has to be seen to be justifiable and reasonable. The Board and its Chairman have the right at any time to refuse reimbursement of expenses where these are deemed by them to be excessive; Directors and SIG Chairs have a responsibility to keep their expenses to a moderate level.
