In January 2012, we updated our My Oracle Support HTML user interface to one built using Oracle’s Application Development Framework. This was our first step towards providing a single online support portal, one that is scheduled to replace our Flash-based user interface in the coming months.
Since the January update, we have continued to implement numerous enhancements to the HTML user interface. Many users of our My Oracle Support Flash-based user interface have already made the switch to the new HTML version.
Please note that, at this time, users of Oracle On Demand, Oracle CRM On Demand, and Oracle Configuration Manager should continue accessing the My Oracle Support Flash-based user interface for online support. In July 2012, we plan to upgrade the HTML user interface to support these users. All other My Oracle Support users can begin using the new interface today!

I encourage you to regularly access The New My Oracle Support User Interface Web Page (Article ID 1385682.1) for up-to-date transition information and to review the video series that takes you through My Oracle Support’s features and functionality using the new HTML interface.
Although your My Oracle Support username and password remain unchanged in the new HTML user interface, there are some changes to the list of supported browsers. For example, Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) will no longer be supported, so it is important that you check your browser capability as listed on Article ID 1385682.1 and plan to upgrade if needed.
