Hampshire-based Larmer Brown Consulting Limited is pleased to announce its participation in the forthcoming OUG Ireland conference and exhibition at Croke Park, Dublin 3 on 11 March 2008. They have been sponsored by both Oracle and OnDemand Software, a division of Global Knowledge, to demonstrate the latest version of Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) at the event.

Oracle UPK, powered by OnDemand Personal Navigator technology from Global Knowledge, is a collaborative content development platform that allows enterprises to drive user productivity and mitigate risk throughout all phases of the software ownership lifecycle.

Larmer Brown, an Oracle Certified Partner, is Oracle’s UPK preferred Partner and well known for its expertise in UPK deployments. UPK can be utilised at the beginning of a major technology deployment, when the demands on resources increase significantly, and is proven to ensure user adoption and reduce support calls.

"It is rare to be able to shine the spotlight on one specific module within a broad and deep software portfolio and be able to highlight the dramatic effect that one module can have on our Customers' Success; with the Oracle UPK Module we can do exactly that," said James Bennett, Senior Director, Human Capital Management & PeopleSoft Customers’ Success, Oracle Corp.

"We know how critically important it is for our customers to fully exploit their Oracle software investment, and I therefore urge them all to combine the Oracle UPK module with specialist Change Management expertise from partners such as Larmer Brown to meet these ends. The combination of these two can result in dramatically enhanced ROI resulting from world class user adoption and deployment of additional modules and upgrades as well as new implementations. This applies to all of our application software offerings, enterprise wide."

Larmer Brown will be demonstrating the latest version of UPK, using Oracle’s E-business suite, from their stand at the OUG Ireland event. They will demonstrate its capabilities in rapid content creation, and the generation of valuable outputs to support various stages of the project lifecycle.

"Having the ability to create multiple assets for all phases of the project lifecycle will increase user adoption and reduce the time, risk, and deployment costs for Oracle customers, said Janice Brown, Managing Director, Larmer Brown Consulting Ltd. "With the new UPK 3.1, Oracle customers will also enjoy greater productivity benefits and maximise their original investment in Oracle applications."
