Oracle customers address data accuracy in business through integrated solution

London, 26th May 2006, QAS, a market-leading provider of address management and data quality solutions, today announced that its QuickAddress solutions can now be integrated into the latest version of Oracle 11.5.10 E-Business Suite.  This aims to support Oracle customers in improving data accuracy throughout key areas of their business, including, HR, CRM, Financials and Student Systems.

Customers can plug QuickAddress software directly into the Oracle 11.5.10 E-Business Suite with easy integration. The solution provides end-users with a consistent address entry interface and intuitive search functionality, to ensure that address details are entered accurately and kept up-to-date. Customers will save time through reduction of keystrokes and increased efficiency through improved customer communication.

QuickAddress solutions also help users gain a more consistent view of their data by reducing the number of incomplete and duplicate address records within the Oracle E-Business Suite. QuickAddress makes sure that captured address data is accurate and consistently formatted to support improved decision making, usability and reporting.

A further benefit for users of Oracle 11.5.10 is that QuickAddress now supports New Zealand data for the first time. This increases QAS’ international coverage to 18 countries. QuickAddress consistently formats data based on multi-country formats making it highly intuitive and usable across the global enterprise.

Nick McHugh, Head of QAS Professional Services comments, “Over the past five years QAS and Oracle have worked together to maximise functionality and deliver optimum performance for the end user. By ensuring that accurate and consistent address data is available across the entire organisation, managers are better equipped to make strategic decisions based on that data.”

David Callaghan, Vice President, Channels and Solutions, for Oracle UK and Ireland said, “The quality of data is integral to the success of any business.  By working with QAS, Oracle customers can improve the relevance of their data with the use of pre-integrated tools that enrich existing customer profiles within their Oracle applications.  This aims to benefit businesses by raising the level of customer service and enhance communication, and ultimately increase their profitability.”
