In just over two months the UK's largest independent Oracle event, UK Oracle User Group Conference 2011, takes place. This year the conference boasts a comprehensive 15 stream agenda featuring over 250 sessions focussing on the latest updates in the Oracle Technology & E-Business Suite world.
The agenda, put together by volunteers for the User Group, ensures we have a powerful offering with the hot topics of: Fusion; Exadata; SOA tuning; Project Analytics; R12 implementation; Upgrades; APEX and OBIEE 11g heavily featured alongside all the other must haves.

As a UKOUG member, your organisation will have an allowance of conference places. Log in and apply for your voucher code via the registration page, or get in touch with your membership’s main contact who can allocate your voucher code directly. Used up all your free vouchers? Don’t worry you can buy more passes at discounted rates.

How do I register?
If you are the main contact you can register here. As the main contact you will also be able to allocate vouchers to your colleagues.
If your company is a member, your main contact will need to allocate you a voucher which will come in the form of an email with a link to book yourself on. You will need to have an online profile linked to your membership before the main contact can allocate you a voucher. Click here to create an online profile if you don’t already have one.
I think my membership has expired?
As your organisation was previously a member but are currently in-active you will need to re- join as a member to activate a number* of conference places as part of your membership, or you can simply register at the non-member rate. I am not a member, can I still come?
Yes! You will need to join as a member to receive a number* of conference places as part of your membership, as well as the annual benefits, or you can simply register at the non-member rate. View pricing for non-members.
What is my membership number? Who is the main contact of the membership?
If you have an online profile, login, and then this information will appear in the ‘My UKOUG’ area. If you are still unsure please contact Karina on +44 (0)20 8545 9674 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will be able to tell you.
When is my membership renewal date?
This information is also available in the ‘My UKOUG’ area. Please note that when renewing you will also be given the option to take out a two year membership at a 10% discount.
How many vouchers have we got left?
The main contact will be able to see how many passes are remaining when they login to the registration area. The number will depend on your membership type and how many conference places have been used up. Again, if you are querying this number please contact Pippa on +44 (0)20 3051 0591 or at email@example.com and she will be able to tell you.
How do I get more vouchers?
Unfortunately we do not accept bribes, so you will either need to upgrade your membership (the cheapest option) or buy additional conference passes at discounted member rates.
