3 June 2016
The adjudication process will take place from 11th - 18th July 2016, when each nomination will be independently judged by a panel of members.
The panel will consist of end users, who have not worked for a partner company within the last five years. The goal of each adjudicator will be to short-list the number of nominees to a maximum of 6 in each category.
Once nominations have closed, the adjudication panel will review the nominations and apply their specialist knowledge to determine the top six nominations in each category they think should be shortlisted.
The process involves reading each submission, and awarding points from 1-6 to the top 6 nominees in each category. This will provide a list of a maximum of 6 Partner companies in each voting category, based on the highest scores awarded by the adjudicators.
The decision of the adjudication panel is final, as is that of UKOUG in all matters affecting the Awards, and no correspondence on this topic will be entered into.
