UKOUG has opened recruitment for an Executive Director to lead the team.

Shape the Future of UKOUG 

Position Title: Executive Director

Role: Responsible for Operations and will be listed with Companies House and member of the UKOUG Board of Directors

Reports to: Board of Directors

Reporting to this position: Permanent staff of approx. 20 reporting via UKOUG Management Team covering, Membership, Events, Sales, Marketing and Finance

Status: Permanent position based in Raynes Park, south west London. Anticipated salary circa £100k pro rata working time to be agreed (envisaged 3 days per week).

Job Summary
The Executive Director works with the Board to ensure successful achievement of the UKOUG mission and vision.  

The Executive Director has responsibility for the day to day running of the business and the authority to carry out those responsibilities, in accordance with the strategy and policies established by the Board. The Executive Director provides leadership and direction to the Management team and staff and is the key interface between the Board and Management team.
