UK Oracle User Group

Lend a helping hand to the UKOUG community

21 June 2017

Do you have time to spare and expertise to share?

We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic members of the UK Oracle community to donate their time to help develop our events in 2018. You don’t need to dedicate too much time - just an hour or two every few weeks to take part in planning calls, as well as attending the event itself to see how your hard work has benefited the community.

No matter what your experience level, if you’ve contacts and insights you feel could benefit the format and content at our events within the following areas, do get involved:

Applications' Journey to Cloud OUG Ireland 2018 UKOUG PeopleSoft Roadshow
Currently scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2018; the committee will be required to dedicate some of their time during the final half of 2017. Tasks will include: input into agenda themes, call for presenters, agenda selection, as well as attending on the day. If you’ve cloud insights and contacts you feel could benefit our agenda and event format, then get involved. The largest gathering of Oracle users in Ireland takes places each March – and for 2018 we’re looking for committee members to help plan the content. This event provides insight around a variety of Oracle technologies and applications, so no matter where your expertise lies if you’ve time to devote during the latter half of 2017 to help with planning then do put yourself forward. The PeopleSoft Roadshow provides a direct point of contact between Oracle and the community and provides in depth insights from renowned industry experts. As the main PeopleSoft annual event in the UK, we need members to step forward to assist with planning the day and choosing suitable content. If you’d like to get involved then do apply.

Get involved and join a committee today. Applications should be received by 17:00 (BST) 17 July. If you have any questions, please do get in touch.

We'd love to get your feedback on this; you'll need a UKOUG login to provide it, so if you don't have one, please click on 'create a web profile' first.
