Oracle president's customer service pledges are ‘aspirations’ says analyst.
The UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) has welcomed Oracle president Mark Hurd’s pledge to make it easier for customers to deal with the company.
UK Oracle User Group CRM Conference 2012 is the first conference that UKOUG will deliver for this revitalised community. This one day conference takes place on the 28th June 2012.
The conference will start with a keynote from Oracle’s Senior Technology Architect, Tom Kyte who will be presenting - 'The Long and Winding Road – Where we’ve been and where we’re going…’ which will provide an overview of how far Oracle has developed and what you can expect for the future.
