Julian is responsible for tackling complex HCM business problems, with technology driven solutions. Julian developed the Oracle E-Business payroll product and was a consultant at Oracle for a number of years. He now works closely with clients to engineer and shape their enterprise applications to meet business needs.
Gender equality and transparency in pay is a political issue, and we will shortly have new legislation. In less than a year, every UK enterprise will be required to publish how much (more) their men earn compared to their female counterparts. Julian will discuss a) the background to this new legislation, b) how to go about gathering the statistics from your HCM system. c) techniques to help bridge this gap
